We make these juicy chicken meatballs with real pineapple, red & green bell peppers, ginger, and a dash of vinegar for a perfect balance of sweet and sour. Add them to a veggie stir fry or skewer them with pineapple and bell peppers for a quick weeknight dinner on the grill.
Our meatballs are fully cooked. Heat on the stovetop or in the oven (375°) for 8-12 minutes, or microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
