Ingredients

1lbcapellini or other thin pasta
3 links Aidells Sun-Dried Tomato Sausage
1Tolive oil
  Zest of 2 lemons
5Tfresh lemon juice
20 fresh basil leaves (cut into fine chiffonade )
5Tfinely chopped fresh parsley
  Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  Freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions

Cook the pasta in a large pot of well-salted boiling water until al dente. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the sausage in oil for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, basil and parsley. Drain the pasta and toss with the sausage mixture until it is well coated. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
