| 2 | t | peanut oil |
| 2 | t | fish sauce |
| 1 | t | chile paste |
| 2 | bunch baby bok choy (sliced into 1/4" pieces) | |
| 1 | bunch bitter greens (such as mizuna, arugula, mustard or cabbage) | |
| 1 | bunch green onions (chopped) | |
| 4 | links Aidells Spicy Mango and Jalapeno (chopped) |
Heat the peanut oil and stir fry the sausage 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the bok choy, greens, green onions, and stir fry for another 3-5 minutes.
Serve over steamed rice.

I made this for dinner
I made this for dinner tonight, and my family loved it! Quick, easy, reasonably nutritious, and really delicious. My only regret was making it on a weekend, as it was so quick and easy it would make an excellent weeknight speedy supper.
